Located in a residential area of Vilafranca del Penedès, this unique single-family home spans 390.41 m². Starting from a fully square layout to maximize buildable area, the structure recedes at ground level and transforms into a chamfered corner, creating new outdoor spaces and a new main façade framed by a full-height curtain wall.
