Located in a non-developable area, within a scenic spot in the Priorat and surrounded by valleys and vineyards, the “Mas del masover” farmhouse from the historical complex is being restored to accommodate members of a private winemaking association. With a total of 195.55 m² built, the exterior recovers the traditional Catalan farmhouse image, while the interior is adapted into two independent family units: one on the ground floor with two suites, a living room, dining room, and kitchen; and one on the upper floor with a spacious suite and an open-plan living-dining room and kitchen.
The blend of traditional local architecture with modern trends ensures integration into the landscape while giving the interior space both functionality and a contemporary feel.
