Located in the Penedès region, within the municipality of La Munia and surrounded by vineyards, an old farmhouse is being restored and expanded, resulting in a rural hotel with 426.75 m² of built space. It features 6 suites and several living and leisure areas, where the combination of traditional local architecture and contemporary trends ensures integration with the landscape while providing the interior with practicality and a modern look.
The outdoor area is developed to include a solarium with a swimming pool, a barbecue area, sports courts, indoor parking, and various landscaped and play areas to enhance the touristic and recreational use for visitors
