Located in the Les Mates industrial estate of El Vendrell, an industrial building is being constructed to serve as the logistics center for the company Hidrotarraco. Covering 5,517.46 m², the building includes a commercial ground floor serving as a store, a first floor for offices, and a second floor reserved for future expansions.
On the exterior, its front façade is enhanced by a trapezoidal volume that protrudes from the vertical plane and laterally embraces the façade. Made with red aluminum panels, in contrast to the white of the rest of the building, it acts as a distinctive element of the company and makes it recognizable and visible from the national road N-340. This volume also serves as a sunshade for the display windows and gives the whole building a monumental appearance that contrasts with the neighboring structures.
